If your birthday is in April...then Happy Birthday!
These cakes were done for the people at work celebrating their birthday in April. One is chocolate cake with cookies-n-cream filling and the other is pina collada with crushed pineapple/buttercream filling. Both are iced in buttercream icing and flaked coconut with jelly bean eggs.
