This is a pina collada cake with crushed pineapple/buttercream filling and buttercream icing with marshmallow fondant embellishments. It is for a baby shower of a friend of mine. The decorations are to match the fabric of the bedding that she is using in the nursery.

Beach Party
Happy Birthday!
This was an order for 60 beach themed birthday cupcakes. They are white cake with buttercream icing and a few marshmallow fondant embellishments. The ones with "sand" (brown sugar) are meant to have little umbrella's in them (to be added when being served). There are also some decorated like beach balls, ocean water with sharks, beach with shells and star fish and then the ones that say "h a p p y b i r t h d a y" on them.
